Believe it or not, Everton are back. In the Toffees’ first pre-season game of the 2026-27 season. The Toffees are in Dundee completing a week’s training camp. They are missing a number of players, including everyone from the World Cup, with Jordan Pickford, Idrissa Gueye, Iliman Ndiaye and Nathan Patterson all given lengthy breaks.
It was encouraging that Jarrad Branthwaite was a full participant and newcomer Hayden Hackney was also heavily involved.
The Toffees trained in Scotland last week and will wear the new away kit, released this week, for the first time in the first pre-season match of the summer in Dundee.
