Former Manchester United striker Alejandro Garnacho has reportedly turned down a move to Aston Villa this summer as part of a deal that would bring Morgan Rodgers to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea have struck a £117 million deal with Unai Emery’s side to sign the England international after an impressive campaign at Villa Park.
Fabrizio Romano claims that Emery’s team were interested in Garnacho as part of transfer negotiations, but the player does not want to join the Europa League champions.
Romano claims Garnacho would prefer a move to Serie A side Roma, who have struggled since his move from United to Chelsea.
