Eva Grover, actress of popular TV serials like Karishma Ka Karishma, Clean Papers and Sapna Babul Ka…Bidai, lifted the curtain on the darkest chapter of her past and personal life in a recent interview. In the interview, Eva made many shocking revelations about her painful experience of marriage to Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s half-brother Haider Ali Khan, domestic violence and losing custody of her daughter. Along with this, he said that today Haider Ali Khan lives in extreme poverty and lacks food.
Eva Grover has revealed that she eloped with Haider Ali Khan because their relationship was interfaith. After just 19 days of dating, Haider proposed to her and they got married.
“On the third day of the wedding, Haider began to be beaten”
According to the actress, Haider Ali Khan suffered from a mental illness called schizophrenia, but before her marriage she was completely unaware of her illness. Eve made a serious accusation and said:
“It was only on the third day of the wedding that I first saw Haider’s cruel nature. 18 days before the wedding, I saw only his good nature, but on the third day of the wedding, in a private moment, he started beating me.”
Eva added that the situation was made worse by Haider’s mental state, drinking and growing despondency after leaving his job to pursue an acting career. He became very suspicious and made fictitious and false claims that Eva was chauffeured. From morning to evening he was drunk. Haider’s parents also cried and tried to convince him, but his aggressive behavior did not stop.
Divorce after the birth of a daughter and separation for 10 years
Eve Grover worked tirelessly for 5 years to save this hellish marriage. He hoped that after the birth of the child everything would be fine, but the situation worsened. As soon as the daughter was born, divorce proceedings began and Eva was sent to Pierre with an innocent child. Crew members and relatives saw signs of trauma on Eva’s body and convinced her mother that she would not survive if she stayed there, after which they eventually divorced.

When Eva’s daughter turned 3 years old, full-time custody of the daughter was given to Haider’s family due to family discord and legal complications, and there was no one to support her. Eva did not see her daughter for the next 10 years. However, every month she secretly sent money for the girl’s education. Her daughter is now 19 years old and visits Eva once or twice a week.
Big revelation about relationship with Aamir Khan
During the interview, Eva also made a big statement about the relationship between Aamir Khan and Haider’s family. He stated that Haider and his sister were not the natural children of Aamir Khan’s father Tahir Hussain, but were children from the previous marriage of his second wife Shahnaz Khan. Aamir Khan has always preferred to keep his distance from this family.
When Tahir Hussain was in his last days, Aamir Khan took him to Pune for treatment and Haider’s mother was not allowed to meet him. Haider’s mother became unsettled due to shock and later died of a cerebral hemorrhage.

“Today Haider Ali Khan lives in very deplorable conditions. He doesn’t have his own home. Sometimes someone lets him stay in the chalet, sometimes a friend helps him. He is surrounded by people who constantly feed him alcohol, but there is no one to take care of him. Whatever happened, from the point of view of humanity, he was sometimes my husband. “I just pray to God to give him peace, he has suffered a lot.”
