Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt got married today at the actor’s Bandra residence in Mumbai. They registered their marriage in the presence of children, family members and close friends.
The actor’s monsoon wedding at his Pali Hill residence was attended by Ira Khan and her husband Nupur Shikhare and Junaid Khan and Ashutosh Gowarikar.
Spice Social has shared the first photo from Aamir and Gauri’s wedding. The caption read: “A celebration of love, laughter and cherished moments. Experience Aamir Khan’s wedding celebrations filled with warmth, joy and the magic of a truly unforgettable celebration.”
What Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt wore to their wedding
Aamir Khan opted for a traditional ivory outfit with a statement brooch on the left chest. He kept his appearance clean with stubble and black-framed glasses. While signing the marriage registration, Aamir Khan rolled up his sleeves.
Gauri Spratt, on the other hand, opted for a pastel colored lehenga. The blouse had long sleeves and lacy embroidery on the net fabric. The businesswoman wore her dupatta on her right shoulder.
As for her hair, she parted her locks down the center and braided them. Decorated with flowers, she held her braid at the front. The highlight of her look was the multi-strand necklace and choker. The necklaces were matched with her statement earrings.
Between the couple was Gauri’s son, Quinn. To Aamir’s right was his youngest son Azad Rao Khan. Family members and friends of the couple posed for photos celebrating their love and marking the joyful occasion.
How Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt met
Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt first met in Bangalore 25 years ago. They were just acquaintances and had different aspirations in life. Through family members, they were reunited again in mid-2023. By this time, the actor had separated from his second wife Kiran Rao, ending their 15-year marriage.
From acquaintances, Aamir and Gauri became friends, and soon their friendship grew into a relationship. After nearly 18 months of dating, the couple went public with their relationship in 2025.
On the eve of his 60th birthday, Aamir gracefully introduced Gauri to the media. “We met by chance, kept in touch, and it all happened organically,” he said.
In June 2026, Aamir Khan confirmed that he and Gauri would get married on July 5 in an intimate affair. The couple officially registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Law.
Aamir married Reena Dutta in 1986 and they divorced in 2002. They have two children, Ira and Junaid. He later married film director Kiran Rao in 2005. They separated in 2021 but are raising their son Azad together.
