Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins is set to sign a three-year, $64 million contract to remain with the franchise, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Monday.
The deal includes a player option for the third season, sources said.
As part of the agreement, Wiggins received a player option worth $30.2 million for the 2026-27 season. Heat executives and Wiggins’ agents at CAA Sports Stephen Heumann and Andrew Morrison, as well as Richard Clarke, have reached an agreement on a new contract.
The forward will become a key player in the new Heat lineup after the agreed-upon trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Wiggins, 31, averaged 15.4 points per game on 47.5 percent shooting from the field and 41.4 percent from 3-point range in his first full season with the Heat following the February 2025 contract deadline with the Golden State Warriors.
At 6-foot-6, Wiggins is a capable perimeter defender who can create his own offense and hit three-point shots, a valuable skill set in the modern NBA. A former No. 1 overall draft pick, Wiggins has extensive playoff experience and helped Golden State win the 2022 NBA championship.
