Markus Beierle is dead. The Brakenheim native died on Monday. Stuttgarter Nachrichten reports this. Beierle played a total of 123 Bundesliga matches and scored 32 goals. His path took him to Stuttgart in 1987 via TSV Cleebronn and Union Böckingen, where he played in the youth teams and the second team.
This was followed by positions in SSV Ulm and Stuttgarter Kickers. In 1998, Beierle moved to MSV Duisburg, where he spent his best years as a footballer. In 59 Bundesliga matches for the Zebras, the striker scored 21 goals and set up nine goals.

In the Bundesliga, Beierle later played for Hansa Rostock, Eintracht Frankfurt and 1860 Munich before joining then regional league team SV Darmstadt 98. He finally ended his career at Hessian club Dortelweil, where he celebrated several promotions as a player-coach and coach.
After finishing his career, Beierle lived in Bad Vilbel in Hesse, leaving behind his wife and two children.
