Actor and host Shekhar Suman shared his humorous take on Aamir Khan’s third marriage. During the latest episode of his YouTube show Shekhar Tonitehe mixed Bollywood with politics, joking about the actor’s recent wedding to Gauri Spratt.
Beginning his monologue, Shekhar complimented Aamir on his style and then took a playful dig. “This man gave a unique vision to several future generations. And that vision is to chase something until you achieve it,” he said.
He then joked that Aamir’s personal life could even become a lesson for politicians. “Politicians especially have a lot to learn from him. It is often said that politicians know how to form alliances. But they should learn the art of forming alliances with this man,” he added.
Continuing with the political comparison, Shekhar mentioned Aamir’s first two marriages to Reena Dutta and director Kiran Rao before talking about his marriage to Gauri Spratt.
He joked that after two failed “allies”, the third one should be called “Mahagathbandhan(Grand Alliance). “Our government cannot run a double engine smoothly, but now it uses a triple engine,” he joked.
Continuing with his signature pun, Shekhar said, “Your Gauri… one minute… would be appreciated,” before continuing with another joke. He compared Aamir’s personal life to a driver adding and removing train bogies at different stations before putting them all together. “His talent is unimaginable. He is unique. It is similar to an engine in which gasoline, ethanol and isobutanol are mixed. But despite this, this locomotive has not stopped yet and is moving smoothly along the rails to a new destination,” he said.
The jokes didn’t end there. Shekhar added, “Aamir Khan formed the government for the third time with a complete majority. Is Aamir Khan an NDA government or what? Even PM Modi must be thinking that he has just broken Nehru’s record and now he has a new rival in Aamir Khan.”
He also noted that Aamir’s wedding was attended by children from previous relationships, calling it an example of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family).” Shekhar even joked that the INDIAN alliance should learn from Aamir how to keep former allies together.
Concluding the segment with another punchline, Shekhar said, “Now I understand why he is called a ‘perfectionist’. He keeps doing something until he achieves perfection in it. As we all know, perfection Who hasn’t been seen… Seema Chodiye, aka Rina, aka Kiran.»
Aamir Khan married Gauri Spratt in an intimate ceremony at his Bandra home on July 5. The wedding was attended by close family members, including children from previous relationships. The actor first confirmed his relationship with Gauri during his 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025.
