India won the toss and decided to play against England first!
In the fifth and final T20 match against England, India won the toss and elected to bat first.
The draw, which was delayed due to traffic, later took place at 7:15 pm IST. After winning the toss, the Indian captain decided to bowl first given the nature of the ground and late night conditions.
Before the tournament, there were two changes in the Indian team. Suryansh Shedke replaces Washington Sundar and Sanju Samson replaces Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Captain Shreyas Iyer said: “We are trying to do what is best for the team, keeping in mind the future. That’s why these two changes were made.”
So England will bat first. Team India will look to improve their performance after a consolation win in the series.
